Quick summary: Using our site or hiring us means you agree to these terms. Scope and pricing for actual work is confirmed separately in writing. You own what we build for you once paid in full; we keep our own tools and methods. We're not liable beyond what you paid us, and either side can end an engagement per the agreed notice period.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging AutoLinix for AI automation, workflow automation, or CRM services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services. These terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and clients of AutoLinix.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. By engaging us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

3. Services

AutoLinix provides AI agents, workflow automation, CRM automation, and related consulting services. The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement provided after a discovery call. In the event of a conflict between these terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls for that engagement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to relevant systems and accounts, and reasonable cooperation needed to deliver the agreed-upon automation systems. Delays caused by missing access, incomplete information, or delayed feedback may affect project timelines and are not attributable to AutoLinix.

5. Payment & Fees

Pricing is quoted per project following the discovery call and confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment terms, including any deposits, milestones, or recurring fees, are outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may result in a pause of active work until the account is brought current.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the specific automation workflows and configurations built for them. AutoLinix retains ownership of its underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, and any general-purpose tools or components used to deliver the work, and may reuse them for other clients.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential business information private and to use it only for purposes of the engagement. This obligation survives the end of any engagement and does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed.

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

Delivered automation systems may rely on third-party platforms (such as scheduling, CRM, messaging, or AI providers). Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and subscriptions to any such platforms, and AutoLinix is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by those third parties.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested automation systems, but services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of delivered systems, particularly where they depend on third-party platforms outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

AutoLinix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered automation systems, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AutoLinix harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of delivered services, violation of these terms, or violation of applicable law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the notice period specified in the relevant project agreement. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable. Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever changes are made.
